Caring, patient, and very educated staff! They are with you every step of the way, and explain things to you very clearly before asking you to make a decision. Bought a new stationary bike and rowing machine. When Adam came to put the equipment together, it turned out the seat on the bike was broken. They were very responsive and apologetic and not only replaced the seat, but actually exchanged the entire bike. Great service. Would definitely get all our equipment from HomeFit Kitchener.

This is definitely a store you MUST visit. The selection is huge and covers all price ranges. The atmosphere is fun and lively. We shop there for all our gifts because it is just a great place to shop! They wrap your gifts in a paper bag with fun curly string and more little toys attached! They help you find toys for specific age groups as well. It is a great place to get grab bags for parties, I just told them the price that I wanted per bag and they directed me and gave me ideas on how to fill them! I have gotten rave reviews from all the parents of children that I have given gifts to from this store.
