Had a problem with my A/C unit and a wireless thermostat. I say had a problem, since Bill was able to trouble shoot the issue over the phone at no cost!
I had changed out my old thermostat when it died and replaced it with a wireless thermostat and my A/C wouldn't fire up
Called Bill and explained the situation. He was able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. Turns out the "Y" wire from the thermostat had broken.
If I ever need an HVAC guy ever again, this is the person I will call

I found Dr. Hong on Google and met with him twice before finally going under a needle. My meetings were short but informative. The surgical staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Talsky is great. She's really, really thorough and takes the time to explain procedures and results in detail (and she's also got a great way with patients: warm and professional). The office is very efficient - no unnecessary waiting and the techs are great at walking you through the tests and measurements they conduct. Also love the fact that there is no hard sell on glasses or contacts. I would definitely recommend Dr. Talsky to anyone needing eye care.
