Went to Dr. K after a few years of neglecting my teeth, and I was very pleased with my initial visit. He was able to fix my broken tooth and have my teeth cleaned with very little anxiety on my part. Very friendly and caring. Felt very comfortable there and I will definitely be going back!!!

Exceptionally friendly, informative and accommodating! My son has autism as well as severe anxiety with all things dental and Dr. Cook and Cheryl took the time to calm and relax him! He actually wants to go back for his future appointments. The 2 ladies up front were just as wonderful to deal with. Just got back from my dental appointment, and, wow, the staff sure know how to put a person at ease. Going to the dentist has always been stressful for me, but I left the office with a smile. They gave me fantastic advise and instruction on how to make my dental care easier. The Dental Hygienist that worked on me kept me so amused that I didn't break into my annoying nervous panic. Extremely precise and professional at all times but with a good sense of humour. My cataract surgery was very successful , the whole experience could not of gone better. He also suggested having someone close to me to come to this consultation as it’s a life changing decision. Which he’s going over and above and staying after they are closed to give me the information and options. So very accommodating! The staff are friendly, nice down to earth people as well. We are very lucky to have them!

From the first phone call to completion of my dentures the care I received was excellent. Both the receptionist Debbie & Dr Klay Quilley provided friendly, courteous and very competent care. They went out of their way (or maybe that is just their normal customer service) to ensure I received the best care possible. My experience at Bower Eye Care has always been very professional and positive. The doctors are always on time with their appointments, they always keep a couple appointment times open for walk-ins (which is awesome if you need to get your eyes checked right away), and the doctor I saw was very informative and polite. I've been coming here for years and I've always left satisfied. I don't wear contacts, but my daughter has them and the staff are always patient and willing to make the extra effort in order to ensure you like the brand you're wearing.
