The facilities are very clean. Angela is a breath of fresh air. She is always (and I mean always) courtous, kind, polite and helpful, which is very rare to find in that line of work. Dr.Swartz is a very good doctor. She always takes good care of your need and if it is something that needs special attention, she makes it a point to get you seen immediately. I have had many doctors in the past, but yet to find a good hearted and caring doctor like her. God Bless her and her staff.

The Pain and Wellness centre has changed my life!! I highly recommend The pain and Wellness centre to anyone with chronic pain and is in a rut. I was in that situation 207-2018 and The pain and Wellness centre helped me get back control of my life. I cant even describe what an amazing woman Dr. Mailis is as well as her wonderful team. During covid its a relief to know when a non urgent medical need arises on a Sunday, that this walk-in clinic goes above and beyond, to accommodate. From speaking with Doris whom was so kind and caring, calling us back informing us when it was time for us to come in for our appointment, to Doctor Ames gentle approach in dealing with mom. My wife and I did IUI in this clinic, we were treated very professionally and kindly, compare to family physician clinics, it is much more flexible and efficient here. Staff was even available during offline to answer some of our questions and concerns. My wife and I are very happy, we are going to have our first baby this year. I came here for a strained shoulder injury after snowboarding.Dr. Zhou was very attentive and took a lot of time explaining to me the issues and what he was doing so I wasn't left in the dark. He really cared about make sure I healed (and took precautions for next time) instead of just extending the number of sessions. Very professional and thorough. Space was also clean and equipment was very new.
