We have been a couple of time at Scorpion and it's the best Culinary Experience in town. Chef Marcello is an amazing artist on flavors. My main course was a roller-coaster of different taste from heat to sweet. The winter delicious menu price under $29 dollars for a 3 course dinner, it's great deal for a Saturday night dinner with live flamenco music. Was at Blue Mountain over the Thanksgiving Long Weekend and was looking forward to checking this place out! The service was alright but the food was great! Combine that with the atmosphere and it was a great dinner, overall. The restaurant is designed like an outdoor courtyard.. there is stuff going on everywhere and much attention to detail has been invested. The Flaming Saganaki was great and the traditional Greek dancing was better! If you go do Blue Mountain definitely try this place out for at least one dinner.. We went for Easter dinner with my dad who was in town and everybody enjoyed their meals. The ambience is nice, the place is clean and the food selection is bountiful. Our server was interactive, attentive and was very professional in a casual, non snobby way. We all enjoyed our meals! Classico's feature a variety of Mediterranean and Portuguese cuisine. Some great aspects of the restaurant is their use and selection of fresh ingredients, individualized service, and intimate atmosphere. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and sat. After getting situated the owner approached us and started a casual conversation and asked us if we were interested in eating seafood or meat. We chose seafood and the owner then informed us that he would prepare us a personalized platter for two that we could share. This was kind of a relief because the menu was small didn’t have many items that were tempting to me. He also helped us pick out a bottle of Portuguese wine that complemented our dinner perfectly. . We were very impressed with the quality and freshness of food that we were served. Our Appetizer was grilled Ahi Tuna that had been brought into the restaurant that day. Our platter had some of the best tasting seafood that we have ever had, each prepared in a different way with a complementary fruit or vegetable. I really enjoyed the small and intimate atmosphere, there were about 20 small tables inside and four tables on their small patio at the entrance. Overall it had a very warm and cozy feel. I would recommend Classicos to anyone who enjoys fresh ethnic food for a moderate and fair price. If you enjoy family run places rather than franchise type establishments this is the place to go. The service is helpful and goes beyond expectations, perfect for small family gatherings or couples of all ages. Also returned six months later and the wait staff and owner recognized me immediately!
