This store had great service. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The cosmetic staff are especially helpful and friendly. They remember what I bought in the past and recommend other products that work well with them.
The store is always clean and the shelves well stocked. I have found the prices to be competitive and their sales always good.

Even though their product was not what I needed (we have a lower end used hot tub) Mike was so helpful in helping me know what to look for when purchasing a cover. Honest, helpful and overall just a great demeanor. The whole process is simple, a phone call and discussion of needs and background, and an application. Application approved and forms sent by email to me to e-Sign. Money e-transferred to bank.
