I found these guys on yp.ca, I strained my shoulder at the gym then made it worse at work. They answered all my questions over the phone, then set up an appointment for a massage and Acupuncture treatment. The next evening a Registered Massage therapist arrived at my front door, table in hand. Educated me as to why my injury occurred, then suggested some exercises and stretches for me to do. He even went over them with me. The whole experience was great!! I have a very busy schedule and the fact they came to me was a huge bonus.
