For the last 8 years I have exclusively used this location for all my family vehicles. I have found them to be extremely professional and courteous every single time I have had my vehicles serviced. I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

My wife and son had a tire blow out on hwy 400, and after calling for her auto service she called me to ask me where to go, I was at a meeting in Newmarket and I went on the AP from Yellow Pages that was on my blackberry and found this place right away. They had the tire that she needed within two hours, and were able to accommodate me over the phone when I felt helpless in this situation. We may live in Toronto, but I will be recommend that the service they provide is worth the drive.

In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.
