I saw Dr. Levan as Dr. Elmalem was away. Dr. Levan was excellent in every way: very polite and made me feel at ease. I have seen Dr. Elmalem for the last three years and he is also excellent. The staff have always been polite and helpful. As I have a mobility problem, they brought the form to fill in to me and picked it up so that I wouldn't have to get up. All in all, a very pleasant office with excellent optometrists.

Amazing!! There was a woman ( wearing a yoda mask ) I forgot to ask her name but she was extremely helpful. I had taken my glasses to 3 places before I went to Mayfield- they all sent me away & said they couldn’t help me. This employee fixed them for me in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this eye centre!!! ( & the lady in the yoda mask)

I have been to a lot of physiotherapists with a few problems but have never been to one as good as Dhaval at the Concordia Clinic. He is very thorough and really takes an interest in getting a person better. He has sure helped make my life better so a big thank you to him and the rest of the team at Concordia Physiotherapy. We had excellent care for a major surgery. The doctor was very thorough and explained the details.
As others noted, it can be expensive.
However, this is an emergency facility, and does not have the subsidies that human health care does.
If you need regular pet care, go to a standard vet, but anything beyond that costs money.
Thats the reality of pet health care, and ownership. And why it is generally recommended to purchase pet insurance or save for these emergency situations.

I've seen Dr Dason twice. He's ordered tests, discussed results, evaluated my concerns, and spoken frankly. He is the type of doctor I appreciate seeing. When we first talked, I asked him what his style was. He was surprised to be asked. I told him mine was straightforward: I would listen to him and do what was requested but wasn't an advocate of pills as a solution for most issues. We get along just fine! His nurse partner, Margaret, is efficient and friendly. A good team!
