This morning our water heater broke. We placed an online request for a replacement before business hours. They responded to us immediately and within a few hours were at our door with a replacement model. Mark & Brad were very professional, polite, informative and funny. They did a perfect install and left us with practical advice and ways to save money that we didn't know about. Naiad’s technicians, Josaphat and John, did an amazing job replacing the original popup sprinkler system controller and installing a new wireless Wi-Fi sprinkler control panel in a more ideal location in our garage. They also inspected our sprinkler system, made the necessary repairs, and turned it on for the season, so we didn’t have to book another appointment. Josaphat and John were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We highly recommend Naiad!

Most rectly we used them again to install vinyl plank in our last renovated space. We found the service great, the quality of work excellent and the price for product was exactly the same as at Home Depot. We liked the local service and owner managed presence.
