I was pleased to see that it wasn’t like a beauty supply store.It’s really clean and classy so don’t expect to walk in and see wigs all over the place.I scheduled a consultation that took a little bit longer because I wanted a custom wig. Nevertheless,I appreciate their professionalism and privacy,but most importantly I appreciate that they didn’t look at me in pity due to my hair condition; based on that I knew that they dealt with people with hair loss.
