The Trail Post Office is very kind.
I sent a parcel to a Box number instead of the street address.
After giving Ingrid the information, she called the receiver who will pick it up from the post office.
She did not have to look out for it for me, but she did.
Now, my niece will receive my Christmas gifts to them.
Thanks again, Ingrid. Merry Christmas Ingrid!

We just moved to Trail last year and fell in love with the people of the West Kootenays. Especially the peoe at Canadian Tire in Trail! Veryhelpful and educated abroad. If he doesn't know, he'll get you the answer, is the approach at this location. It's a "very fresh and youthful looking store, with youthful and energetic energy through the store. Very involved with the local community. A true Canadian business model.

Think the person who gave you only one star must have been playing an April fools joke-letter written April 1. I have always found your prices quite competitive and sales staff available and willing to assist. The store is also usually clean and tidy. I definitely will continue to shop here.

This is the best store for many things to buy and we always got good service and the quality is good. I buy all my garden needs, small appliances, dog and cat food and stuff, household cleaners etc. Everything is always available and priced well.
