Phenomenal service. I needed a same-day engraving done. I asked every other shop in the mall if they could do it-to no avail. Walked into X-Press, first, greeted with the warmest staff / owner. Explained my situation.The owner called her daughter who was busy at home to see if she would come to the store that day to do an engraving on a silver cross. Within 1 hour the job was done! Exquisite work,and phenomenal service provided. That is what you get with a family run business exemplary service

Sharon helped my daughter find the perfect stroller for our soon to come grandchild. Though she lives in B.C. and was here for a visit, and we told her we wouldn't be buying at this store, Sharon said that's OK, I'm here to help you find a the perfect stroller. And she did. Sharon was very thorough in her demonstrations and knowledge. My daughter flew back to BC the next day and purchased the stroller at Toy's R Us out west. Thank you for making a difficult decision very easy.

I found Jon online after trying several other mechanics in the aurora area. He's a great guy, explains complex problems in a way that I can understand as I know nothing about cars. He is always honest and upfront. Doesn't hesitate to spare you unnecessary costs. I cant recommend him enough to anyone in the aurora area looking for a trustworthy mechanic

I have had a number of repairs done at R & R. I have been more than impressed by quality of the work provided by Roger and his support staff. The shop may look a little old on the exterior, but it is not the shop that draws people to R & R. It is the quality and attention to detail provided by the staff. Work is done properly. would recommend R * R to anyone with a RV.

Turns out I forgot I went to school to two different places and paid tuition (lol) so the process took wayyy longer than expected but Breda handled it like a pro! We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar! I will definitely be spreading the word about how efficient this company is for any of there services!
