called a few companies in toronto couldnt get a solid repair date. These guys had not promised me a time but were the first ones to call back and said they can make it. Had a great technician who knew how to work on stoves and was very capable. got me up and running in time for the holiday.

I was very impressed by the last service call. I have been using Omer Refrigeration & Heating for several years and was always satisfied. The last service call was about the furnace that needed to be replaced on a Saturday afternoon. Omer was outstanding at negotiating to get a furnace with the supplier that was closing in two minutes. Omer got the furnace, they worked until 900 p.m. to complete the installation. That is customer service! at it's best!

Wow! Old fashioned service at an old fashioned price!
I can't say enough about how good my experience with Randy's Appliances was.
Had a broken Samsung washing machine - called and got a real human voice (5 minutes before closing time) - Randy's wife :)
I was given very reasonable pricing and washer was fixed within a couple of days.
I'm glad I found a local business I feel great about supporting!
It boils down to one very simple thing: THEY CARE! And they're not greedy like most these days.
