I bring my SUV for tire swap twice a year and store my unused tires with them. I like to stay in the lounge while the work is done because the level of customer service these folks provide is a joy to listen to. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and won’t try to sell you on something you don’t need. I’m always greeted with a smile, and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I called on a Monday morning and they were able to book me in for an appointment the following morning. I subsequently had work done in a kind and professional manner, alleviating my concerns and being grateful for finding a dental office that put my fears to rest. I went to Kal Tire after getting a flat tire and being unable to remove one of the bolts on the tire. Kal Tire was able to service the vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time and the cost was VERY affordable! Extremely great customer service, everyone was really nice and friendly. They also offer a great follow up service to make sure that the tire change went well and the vehicle is in driving condition. I would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle service. Thanks!

We called on Friday to make an appointment for the next day, Saturday. However, Saturday . started out very badly. The person who made the appointment didn't know there was limited service on Saturdays and the work we needed may not be possible. This was made worse by the fact we travelled by ferry to get here. All is well that ends well, however. Alex somehow got the repairs done for us. He turned an unhappy customer into a happy one and we will come back....maybe not on a Saturday. Thank you

What a positive experience working with the Campus Honda team especially sales professional Eric Mak. I did my prep online for an Accord Coupe, knew what options were out there; saw exactly what I wanted at Campus Honda so texted Eric Sunday afternoon, he replied quickly & set up an appointment Monday morning, they had just detailed the car, looked fantastic, did the test drive but I had another similar car to check out at another dealership but the advantage went to Campus Honda & Eric.
