I was at EconoLodge Vernon just after the August long weekend and the service that I received from Jen who works at the front was exceptional. She knows Vernon very well and she is always willing to help at any time. She is always very pleasant and engaging, which is surprising given the long hours she has put in. We hired Nol for a move from our home which we had sold and again from storage into our new home. Nol was extremely careful with all our household goods and furniture, always guiding his friendly crew to make sure no walls were scraped and nothing was damaged. He was accommodating to our needs and was on time with all schedules. His prices were reasonable and there were no hidden charges. I was a little hesitant to use these guys as a past experience had not been good. But I called anyway and was extremely happy I did! Jaiden, Caleb, and Eddie worked non-stop for almost 7 hours in 30+ degree weather. They were friendly, on time and very efficient. If I picked something up for them I was politely told that it was their job and to please put it down.lol They even read the labels on the boxes and put them in the correct rooms. I would highly recommend this company. Great service.

From the first phone call to the estimator who visited to give us a quote to the movers who barely stopped throughout the day. We are very happy with our choice. Gene Russo,the owner quickly helped me figure out what vehicle would serve me best, not having what I wanted on his lot, he spent considerable time searching for and eventually finding me the perfect vehicle and for a great price. Moved on February 28, 2019. Excellent service from Bernie, Art and Kevin. The movers I had originally contracted with bailed on me at the last minute, and with three days notice this company came through. It was not a huge move but it meant everything to me. They were courteous, efficient and respectful. And much lower cost than I had anticipated. I would recommend the Kelowna Two Small Men With Big Hearts to anyone, especially for a local move.
