To Sheldon and his staff @ Mikasa auto, just wanted to say a big thank you for your excellent service and professionalism. Had an issue with my van going into limp mode all the time and an issue with a rattle in my suspension. Fixed both issues and a few extra things that were muchly appreciated for no extra charge. They went above and beyond for me and on a side note they fixed the suspension which was an error on another shops work (won’t mention any names) that refused to honor their workmans

They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! Talking with George, the mechanic, you can tell he takes pride in his work. don’t see myself needing to take my car anywhere else from now on.

Someone sketched my wife's CX9 in the parking while she was shopping. Luckily it was only a paint damage but still a damage. After some diligent research I ended up at Jesus's shop and showed him the problem. After walking me through his professionally equiped shop and showed me his work he looked up the model in a minute and provided me with an estimate instantly. I made an appointment with him for the next business day and he took care of the car. I can't even see where the damage was. The quality of his work is second to none, his demeneur is of the highest grade of professionalism and his pricing was in line with the level of work he needed to do. Capilano Muffler Break and Tire Repair was great! I had a flat tire and they got me in within the hour. They fixed my tire and even filled up my doughnut wheel because they noticed it was low. Norm from Glacier took one look at my F150 and diagnosed the electrical problem in 5 minutes when the "other guys" couldn't figure it out! Wow. It's nice to deal with an ACTUAL certified mechanic rather than the uncertified guys the other shops hire.

These guys are awesome. Got us in with no notice, swapped tires out in 20 minutes and we were back on the road. They worked hard to get us out of there fast but still took the time to put the center caps on gently so as to not crack them. Highly recommend!!

Dennis was a great help, took the car in for new brakes and to check the engine I did not know what the problem was. He kept in contact with me did not do any extra work and it was a fair price. Will be taking the car for work to him again as well as recommend him to my friends and family.
