We were wrong about this shop in our first review so we decided to give this another try.. After our second visit and amazed by their service, Daves auto shop is by far one of best shops we came across in the city! Mistakes happen but they will make sure that they do not happen again and thats what makes them better than the other shops we've been to. We will continue to refer friends and family. Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging! Talking with George, the mechanic, you can tell he takes pride in his work. don’t see myself needing to take my car anywhere else from now on.

Someone sketched my wife's CX9 in the parking while she was shopping. Luckily it was only a paint damage but still a damage. After some diligent research I ended up at Jesus's shop and showed him the problem. After walking me through his professionally equiped shop and showed me his work he looked up the model in a minute and provided me with an estimate instantly. I made an appointment with him for the next business day and he took care of the car. I can't even see where the damage was. The quality of his work is second to none, his demeneur is of the highest grade of professionalism and his pricing was in line with the level of work he needed to do. I recommend him to anyone who needs paint repairs. Thanks Jesus.

Excellent Service. Awesome Prices. I took my van for an oil change and I asked if he could try to get my spare tire to drop down (it is under the van in the middle). I have had another shop try to get the tire down with no success, Dale was able to take the bracket apart and get my spare tire off for me. Now if I need to use it can. :)
