Every weekend we take the kids out for a meal at McDonald’s in Aylmer Ontario to give us a break from cooking. They are always very pleasant, friendly, and quick. We placed an order in the drive through and it turned out to be wrong. We went in to get what we were missing and the staff was amazing! No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ? Lire plus

I attended Brantford Mall Dental on Monday to have the root of a front tooth removed. I was very apprehensive. The staff calmed and assured me. The doctor came in and took control of the procedure.
