I had such a positive experience on my first cut with Tony. I explained and showed him a couple of pictures and he really listened to my desire for a great and consistent short haircut. After the cut, he suggested that I show him how I like to style it so he could see what exactly I like in terms of style. I’m so pleased with the results and will return soon.

Susan, along with the other staff are complete sweethearts! I went for a full set and she was able to recreate a beautiful look! The male technician did a ladies polish a few stations down and they also looked incredible! She took her time and made me feel very comfortable, I have huge anxiety going to stores alone and they made me feel so welcomed. They also follow all covid protocols. We walked in with our daughters after having left Melonheads (who had terrible staff, that we walked out). We were greeted with such friendly staff who gave our children lollipops while they waited. The hairstylists were so friendly and they can cut hair beautifully. They were amazing with the kids. From now on, I will only bring my four children here. I would rather pay the extra money just for them to be treated special and to look like models when they left.

The staff here are very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. Laura cuts and styles my entire family's hair. I've been to many stylists, but Laura knows exactly how to cut my fly-away, curly hair that makes it manageable for me to do on my own. I recommend Laura and her team to all of my friends and family.

I have had the same stylist for 23 years. She is always accommodating and takes me and my three girls in back to back when I call to book in on a day that it will work for her. Reasonable price for cut and style. I can’t get a good cut at other salons for that price. The salon is always very clean. They are sticking with all protocols through covid. I’m always pleased with their customer service at the Essa Rd. Location.
