Bryan and his staff did a fantastic job on our wheels for our 2015 Mazda CX9. Unfortunately, I had made an error in the shade or color for the wheels. Bryan could not have tried harder to resolve the issue. We came to an agreement and he did the wheels over for us and it totally changed the appearance of the car !! Absolutely FANTASTIC service. From the moment I called to the moment I picked up my car, everyone was extremely professional, kind and respectful. I went in to get one of my tires patched as it had a nail in it, and they were able to get the car in, fixed, and out in less than half an hour. Excellent service... and I will 100% be going back for ANY/ALL tire related issues :-) Thanks to everyone at the Wharncliffe location!!

Highly recommend for the cheerful responsiveness when we had a flat tire on our way back to Michigan. We had a rental car and a tight schedule. It was a Saturday morning. The took us right on, replaced the tire, and even submitted preliminary documentation nor the rental company. They turned an unpleasant situation into stood one.

There is only one thing I dislike about this Costco. Man who manages/runs the pharmacy is rude to the front desk employees(maybe others also as I can't see their treatment). They can be run off their feet at times and it was one of those times he berated them in fromt of me being the customer. I found this to be embarassing for us both. Today was not the first time I have seen him do this. He should be talked to and if warranted employees shoold be spoken to privately.

There have been improvements in tire offerings for the price. These guys keep it real and find issues when shortcomings exist. On our 98 Sierra, they spotted that the aftermarket wheels were missing hubcentric rings. They have gotten to the bottom of tire balance issues that other shops could not technically address. They are straight up and if there is an issue that they bring forward, you had best listen to them. I have a high performance sport sedan also and I would bring it to them also.
