I am very happy with their service, I had sever pain and it was 6 pm. my dentist was closed, I was trying to reach to any dental office, I called toothport as it was the only office around me open, they got to see me at 7:45 pm. I was amazed by the way everyone treated me and cared about my pain.
i definitely recommend them as a family dentist, Dr. Awad is amazing dentist, very caring and kind. he is the one who saw me that day.

I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. Our beloved dog was diagnosed with throat cancer. Dr Saini and his team were extremely compassionate when it was time to have our dog put to sleep.
