We have a Sheltland Sheepdog with a coat like a polar bear. It is impossible for me to brush her hair. The Dog Wash are magicians...they groom her in a few hours which would take me days to do....and they remove all her excess coat which I could never do. Thank you for the wonderful work.

My pup loves Dogtopia at Bloorwest. He runs to the door and can’t wait to play with his buddies. He’s tired at the end of the day after spending all his energy playing and socializing with other dogs.
The staff has always been helpful and caring. I definitely recommend this location for daycare.

Been bringing both of my small dogs to PetSmart on William Kitchen Drive for a couple of years now. I find the service to be excellent and the staff friendly and courteous. The best thing of all is that my dogs do not seem to mind visiting them for their grooming!

I am always extremely pleased with the service we receive. My Cockapoo is an extremely high anxiety dog who can sometimes be hard to handle. Michelle has great experience with different breeds temperaments and coats, she is great with my dog and he is very comfortable with her. My dog always looks and smells great, he also gets an adorable bandanna when he’s all finished! The end result is all around fantastic! I highly recommend The Groom Miester :)

This store is amazing, the staff are all so knowledgeable and helpful. Cheryl the groomer is also wonderful, your dog's health and safety is her number one priority as well as them being comfortable and I appreciate how much she cares for my dogs comfort and happiness. She also does a wonderful job at grooming and we love her!

These guys are wonderful! I was in a bit of a bind with another company who cancelled my booking 3 days before a two week trip to Portugal. Within 4 hours, Vernon was at my property to assess my dog. He took my dog for a 24 hour test trial (this is after my dog seriously barked at Vernon when he came into my home).
Over the next day, Vernon provided multiple updates (with pictures) and was very communicative. I cannot thank them enough! Great team with wonderful service.

Shawni is a fantastic dog walker. She will treat your dog and love it as if it were her own. She is extremely trustworthy and goes above and beyond with dog safety by making sure all dogs have two safety clips for extra safety. Having a Husky herself, she is also aware of the needs of high energy dogs, and also offers dog runs.

It pleases me to be able to praise the fine people at Club Bekkers.
I have used their services a few times over the last several years and have been pleased with the facility and care provided to my pets.Over the last year my job has changed significantly and I have been required to travel more and often have to leave on short notice. I was comforted in accepting this change knowing that Club Bekkers is always able and willing to accomodate our needs. I know that my guys are well taken care of and have a safe, healthy environment to enjoy. The facility is large and clean and my experience has always been positive. You need only be there for a few minutes to know Bekkers has a great affection for our furry friends.

I brought in my sick cat, Daisy, who needed an emergency spay. They took great care of us. I like that they were up front about the costs and they were very reasonable. Daisy had surgery that day and the vet phoned to let me know she how things went. I got a text pic from a vet tech of Daisy resting comfortably as she stayed overnight to recoup. That was so thoughtful and reassuring to me. I highly recommend Bayview Seven Animal Hospital, super nice people.

Sam's social classes are great fun and great learning for both my puppy and me. The puppy loves to frolic with the other dogs, while Sam gives great tips on how to socialize our dogs. Jax was 9 months old and after only 2 lessons was leash free heeling, 100% reliable recall. We got way more than we had even hoped for and our lives will be forever enriched. I just recently picked my dog up from his first stay at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat in Guelph. He came home happy, well fed and sleepy from playing outside. The kennel is on private property with the kennel owners on site all the time. The kennel is designed with a large outdoor wooded area for walks and off leash runs, one indoor playroom and a few outdoor play yards. When I asked to look around the kennel, the girl at the front desk was more than willing to show me every room and area within the kennel. All rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned, and all dogs seemed comfortable and happy. The packages they offer are also a great way to break up the dog's day so that he can have time outside and does not have to be in his kennel all day. I would recommend this kennel for every dog and for all lengths of stay, especially for long trips. I will most certainly be bringing my dog back to Diamond in the Ruff during my next vacation.

I adopted a bichon frise from a puppy mills and my dog is always afraid of people and grooming, but for some reason she was very calm here. My bichon looked so happy when I picker her up and her grooming was excellent!! The owner was very patient and she gave me advice about how to take care of her. After trying more than 5 different places, I know where I am going to take her from now on...
