I am always extremely pleased with the service we receive. My Cockapoo is an extremely high anxiety dog who can sometimes be hard to handle. Michelle has great experience with different breeds temperaments and coats, she is great with my dog and he is very comfortable with her. My dog always looks and smells great, he also gets an adorable bandanna when he’s all finished! The end result is all around fantastic! I highly recommend The Groom Miester :)

We just got back from vacation and our dog is extremely high energy and we thought that he would still be that way when we came to pick him up but that was not the case he has not moved since we brought him home and yes he is breathing Lol. They treated him fantastically and the groomers did a fantastic job with him and we are excited to go away on our next vacation and know that he is in great hands .

I would 100% recommend Lori to anyone looking for a pet sitter, or for someone with experience and extensive knowledge of animal care! Lori has been a joy to work with, and put me completely at ease with her warm, friendly personality when I approached her to pet sit my cat Rosie. Rosie adored her time with Lori, and felt safe and at ease in her presence. I would also recommend Lori’s consultation services to anyone who would like more information of how to best provide for their pet’s health.

Sam's social classes are great fun and great learning for both my puppy and me. The puppy loves to frolic with the other dogs, while Sam gives great tips on how to socialize our dogs. Sam's recommendation of a halter, saved our lives and our hands! Our puppy now trots beside us without pulling. Look forward to taking the obedience classes in the new year!

I just recently picked my dog up from his first stay at Diamond in the Ruff Pet Retreat in Guelph. He came home happy, well fed and sleepy from playing outside. The kennel is on private property with the kennel owners on site all the time. The kennel is designed with a large outdoor wooded area for walks and off leash runs, one indoor playroom and a few outdoor play yards. When I asked to look around the kennel, the girl at the front desk was more than willing to show me every room and area within the kennel. All rooms were clean and nicely air conditioned, and all dogs seemed comfortable and happy. The packages they offer are also a great way to break up the dog's day so that he can have time outside and does not have to be in his kennel all day. I would recommend this kennel for every dog and for all lengths of stay, especially for long trips. I will most certainly be bringing my dog back to Diamond in the Ruff during my next vacation.

We brought our sick cat to them on a long weekend and they gave him the best care.They explained everything upfront what they would do and the cost. They phoned us with updates and they were amazing when we were calling back for updates.They called us everytime there was a change good or bad. They are very kind from the front desk to every person employed there. They are very reasonably priced. Most importantly they saved our cats life.
