I went to the store with an issue from a while ago and was thinking I'd get a credit for the alteration that was not done. They went above and beyond and gave me a full store credit ! On a side note the store has all new staff and they are a 10 out of 10 great management and friendly staff. Thanks very much!

The suit I needed wasn't available in my size the day I came in. Despite this, my customer consultant Harmanvir accurately sized me up using available clothes so I could place a timely order. There was trouble supplying the right size suit pants, but each step of the way Harmanvir kept me in the loop and arranged for the best possible outcome. In the end she got me exactly the right size, and was a delight to work with. It's rare to have someone work so proactively for my benefit.

I have been shopping at Full Figure Fashions for about 2 years. I love the store. The ladies are very friendly and kind and honest about giving tHeir opinions on our choices if asked. I have recommended the store to all my plus size friends. I wish they would open a store In the north end of the city. You can see that it is clean and organized by size so it is easy to find what you are looking for.

Was just at the chinook location and picked up a great jacket for $30! this place always has amazing deals - sometimes not the best quality - but you get what you pay for - but the clothes are still very cute and do the trick if you need some sweat pants/tanks! great stop!

If you stop by when they are clearing out the seasons you may get lucky and find something on their sales rack. I purchased 10 items of 80 bucks!

RW & Co is my preferred location to shop for work outfits and semi-formal sizes. I like that there are so many locations that if you can’t find your size at that particular store, you can always go elsewhere. There are also lots of random sales, such as 30% off (Customer Appreciation) of $20.00 off your purchase if you spend over $75.00. The Cross Iron location is actually my favorite because all the sale items go there now. So if you are at Chinook, Sunridge or Southcentre and wonder why there are no sale items, they have probably been shipped to Crossiron.
