I have been going there for years now . . . and I am probably one of the more fussy customers . . . they are excellent in every way and fill out my 3 month prescriptions with efficiency.

The pharmacy team is excellent . They always make sure my special prescription is in on time, and can answer any questions we have about any drugs that have been prescribed, with lots of patience. Not like some other drug stores we had tried.

They always have everything I need and their boutique has the latest in all beauty supplies. There are often contests and there are perks often throughout the year with their optimum card. I always get amazing service and the staff have always been friendly and answer every question. They have been helpful even when I might not be purchasing that day. I shop this one more frequent because of perfume and beauty selection but all stores are great.

The staff are very friendly , helpful , especially the ladies in the beauty boutique their knowledge from skincare & makeup & perfumes was very professional & they helped me pick out new products for my skin that I love . I would highly recommend going to this Shopper’s Drug Mart location . I love they now have a grocery section . it’s very fresh produce & bakery goods.

No matter the time of day that I shop the pharmacy at this SDM, Im greeted with a smile. The pharmacist, Torri is amazing! She remembers me on site and is always helpful no matter what my needs are for that day. I have been getting my Rx from this store for almost 3 years now and even though their prices are somewhat more expencesive than other places in town, I will stay loyal to SDM! All the staff throughout the store are VERY pleasant and helpful with a ready smile. Best place in town!

Not enough cashiers always a line up at check out. Now they have self checkout which I think might help but not everyone is comfortable with that; especially Seniors. I find the pharmacy staff very helpful and also cosmetics, always a smile and a greeting. Cant say anything negative about the staff at this location.

This location is by far the best in Brantford. The staff at this store is very helpful and makes my shopping experience more enjoyable. I get my milk and eggs etc. here regularly, Thanks to the young gentlemen Azor that manages that department and assists me regularly. Thank you !

I have been a customer of Shoppers at Howard and Tecumseh for many years. The reason for this---customer service--customer respect--knowledge of anything sold in their store--cleanliness --- I especially like how they speak to everyone-even the small children -- no matter how their day is going they are cheerful and responsive to all their customers. My opinion on Shoppers - Their products are good quality, affordable, in stock, I'm always happy with the items I buy. What I can say about this particular store, is that they have the most wonderful, kind, and helpful staff. I am there every morning picking up medication among other things.1 yr ago I was relieved by how the pharmacy team were friendly, despite seeing all my medications. They never treated me like an addict. I could not be more grateful for the staff at Shoppers Fort street.

I went in to find a product that they did not carry-which I should have looked into before hand. Ended up having a great conversation with an employee I believe names Catherine, who possibly worked at the makeup counter area. She was amazing, super informative and took the time to chat with me and provided great advice. Her help was much appreciated, one of my best customer service experiences!

This store is great for one big reason. They're open 24 hours! We have relied on this store countless times when dealing with a sick child in the middle of the night or needing one or two last toilettries before departing on an early morning flight. Combined with Shoppers Drug Mart's usual great service and selection of items you can't go wrong with this store.
