I own a nice car(Jaguar) that needed some paint repair...front and back. I felt that the attention to detail and the quality of repair was superior to my experience with other body shops in Chilliwack...Steve was particularly attentive and I appreciated him inviting me to have a look at the job mid way through... the car was returned to me looking great and nicely detailed... couldnt be more pleased and have no hesitation in recommending there work.

Ten years ago we needed body work and painting. We were extremely satisfied with the work then. Last week we had someone hit the back end of the same vehicle. Hit us so hard left the imprint of the licence plate complete with the Honda licence frame. Our car needed a new bumper and some of the parts holding the bumper on. OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair.
The back passenger door lock crapped out sometime ago. I got a quote back in Sep 2019 from OConnor which was $520 including parts/labour/taxes. Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. This irish style pub is just fantastic. Me plus five others went to dine and had a very divers choice of food. We all had the wings wich are very tastey and very saucey. I had the perogies with cherizo and it was absolutley great. My friends all enjoyed there food (minus the soup). Would eat there again. Service was allso great.
