First snow day and every tire shop was booking middle of next week and onward. West End is a very busy all-service mechanical shop but since my tires are on rims, the rep said they could do them this morning. Two hours later, 20 minutes in-and-out, $63 and I'm done. Matthew and Drake provided my wife and I excellent service last month. We bought a fire pit and it wouldn’t fit in our car. They took the time to unload it from the box and loaded it into our car. The store had just closed and they took the time to ensure we were taken care of and weren’t in a hurry to go home because their shift was almost over.

I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, their integrity and for going above and beyond

Awesome!!! I'm on a tight budget and they gave me a great deal there staff are very personable and do there job right and on time...they quoted me with a price go fix my fuel pump and they stuck to it and even had it done early... do if your on a budget and want a bang for your buck I recommend them!!! So 4 stars :)

I've taken a few vehicles here, including a 2004 Rx-8, a 96 Miata and a 2011 Grand Cherokee. The work is always done in reasonable time and at a reasonable price, with no surprises. I always get a phone call if there's a delay or when the car is ready to pick up. Two thumbs up!

I went to Canadian tire today to buy a tires and the costumer service was EXCELLENT!! the staff name Robert was friendly,helpful , and helped me with what I need, and I was very please with the service that I get. came outta store happy and it didn't take too much of my time. would like to see that happen more often in the future, keep up the excellent costumer service. and thank you Robert for all your help.
