There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. My van is the people mover. 4 teenagers girls to get around to sports and Rick has it running so well and it has over 200 000kms on it. Rick and his team were able to fix my air conditioner without it costing a fortune. And as far as getting my breaks done. He always has the best price and workmanship. Thanks so much Rick !

I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!

Good guys they helped me out a lot insurance wanted me to pay and they would send me a cheque he waited and took the money right from the insurance company leaving me with one less worry. Just make sure you fill the tank or its 20 bucks a quarter tank for a small vehicle but still better then anywhere else. Will definitely go back

Everyone in this shop is amazing. Mike is great to deal with!! They fit me in, in the middle of everyone getting their snow tires on. Long storey short I received high quality snow tires from my dad as a gift. The tires were defective. Mike diagnosed them, ordered me in new ones and they were on my vehicle within 2 days!!
