I’ve been going there for many years to the point I feel like family. The staff are friendly, fun, down to earth and non-judgmental. My hairdresser is fantastic obviously and I’ve never had a problem. I get hair colour, cut and styles. Also had wedding hair done and many many pedicures over the years. I always feel happy and beautiful when I leave. I can’t recommend them enough.

We, as a family have been going to Dominica's for a few years now. I have long thick hair and Victoria always takes care of me when I need my hair colored and when the guys need their hair trimmed. I liked the price that Penguin was offering with the tune-up so I went with them. The rep that came over was awesome. I asked him all kinds of silly questions about the air conditioning unit and he answered them like they were just common questions. He was very respectful and nice. He sat down and explained different things about the unit cause I have two different brands and we just talked about getting a new unit. Now new unit is working fine and overall, I’m totally satisfied.

We went there looking for suits for our oathtaking and we were helped by Nav at 1600 Ness ave. who was very patient as we dont specifically know what we want.He patiently showed us choices as we changed our minds a few times until we made our pick.He gave us pointers on the choices we made ,what would go along with it,what other occassions we could wear the clothes,and even how to do the tie but the tie was too complicated ahahay so we just asked him to ready it so hubby just have to put it on.

The cable was seized on my mower. Googled the model number and nothing comes up. Great. I phone Sears parts. It is $14.22 USD plus shipping to a US address.
Ideal says bring it down and we will match it up. I do, she does and $20 later I am out the door.
How can the service get any better than that? Part if PERFECT, service is PERFECT, price is PERFECT.
I always support local businesses first. I want them to be here when we need them.
