I have been working with A Direct for many years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are responsive and have brought home our kids (we live and work at a boarding school) reliably for years. Even if it is a late night (early morning), last minute call... what a great service...door to door WOW! I was travelling with my family what a worry free process. the service pick us up at home and dropped us at our terminal...no parking our car unloading luggage etc...On our return that was the best.we went to check in at a counter and we waited for amount 20 mins and we were on our way home. Diffently we our customers for life.

I Just called to adjust a booking. I was put on hold, however, the staff member came back on the line 3 times to tell me she hadn't forgot about me. When she came back for the 3rd time she said she was sorry but they were very busy and took my number and said she would call me back. Her name was Tracey.
Great customer service, looking forward to our stay.

Great place to stay. Nice pool and very friendly staff who seem to love their job. Tip leave the hotel for meals its cheaper and there are alot of great places to eat around the hotel and down town Cobourg!
