I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. The cable was seized on my mower. Googled the model number and nothing comes up. Great. I phone Sears parts. It is $14.22 USD plus shipping to a US address. Ideal says bring it down and we will match it up. I do, she does and $20 later I am out the door. How can the service get any better than that? Part if PERFECT, service is PERFECT, price is PERFECT.
