I had a visit from a raccoon in the middle of the night who tore the vent cap off. I called Jimmy the Roofer and explained the problem. He was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Sometimes the treatments arent that effective, but that could be the case no matter where you go. The 2 or 3 physiotherapists here that have treated me have been awesome (and cute!).
