It was 10 minutes closed on a cold Friday night and my rear view mirror fell off.Banged on the door and Jack the Manager came to it and told me he was closed, and told me he was going home to family understood.He saw my problem and decided to help me. What a great attitude.Fixed the problem and I asked him how much he said forget about it. I was amazed what great service and time this man gave. I am giving the 5 star to this business.They are working weekends and yes, long hours all week around.The Peter and his helper were working with my car. They did interior: performed all list of services to kill bad dog smell in may car. Now may car brand new looking inside with nice strong smell. Mike was quick and efficient. He took care of the service requirements promptly. He was Friendly and extremely courteous. He Knew exactly why I was there and made arrangements to have the glass repaired expeditiously. He knew I was on a time crunch and made every effort to repair and send me on my way. Its very rare this type of service is delivered in this industry, I have had experiences where it tool longer than expected, but not at Speedy Auto glass. They mean what they advertise! Lire plus
