We hired Nol for a move from our home which we had sold and again from storage into our new home. Nol was extremely careful with all our household goods and furniture, always guiding his friendly crew to make sure no walls were scraped and nothing was damaged. He was accommodating to our needs and was on time with all schedules. His prices were reasonable and there were no hidden charges. Jeff the owner of Comfort Tech did us a solid. After the initial repair he personally involved himself in a subsequent failure in our heat pump. It was removed from premises and promptly returned repaired and functional in two days. The second failure was independent of the first, however the fees amounting to several hours worth were entirely waived. Much to our relief and appreciation, Comfort Tech demonstrated the class act they are.

Our furnace quit after the planned power outage in W Kelowna on Nov 5 - contacted Anthony on Mon afternoon; he stated he had a full Tues and would schedule us for Wed morning but would try to get to us earlier. Sure enough, Anthony came by Tues evening after a full day and quickly resolved our issue. I cannot recommend Anthony enough, he is beyond fair, reasonable and professional. He and his staff are always friendly, professional and provide amazing service. There are lots of salons in Vancouver but my wife will wait several months if she knows were heading that way to make an appointment with Jimmy. Hes that good!
