I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service. A vandal pulled out a 4-foot length of my windshield's weatherstripping. Duncan took the car in right away, spent about 15 minutes to restore it, and did not charge me. Definitely one of the good guys!

These guys had to deliver bad news to me. The repairs we worked on didn’t solve the problem and the real problem was much bigger and more costly than I could afford. We walked through solutions together and came up something that was workable. Made a difficult situation manageable.
