We used Cornerstone for a home inspection on a single residential house in North Vancouver. Charlie was meticulous in his work and provided a thorough report on the state of the interior and exterior of the building. Although it wasnt in perfect condition, we bought the house and are using his guide to make improvements and get things in good working order. I've had a small leak for some time. Various contractors have told me it was from my gutters or the window wasn't sealed properly. Matt from Roy Dennis Roofing came out and within minutes found the source. I was impressed and was told the crew could be out next week to fix it. 2 days later I got a message that Matt himself had come out and already completed the repair and less than quoted. I really appreciate when someone goes above and beyond. I highly recommend these guys for sure. Thank you.

I work in a hospital and am constantly afraid of bringing home bed bugs. When I had a scare I called Bed Bug Mutts. Beyond the service (which ensured I did not have bed bugs), they provided me with education on prevention and detection. I had hired a dog before when in Toronto due to an exposure in the hospital, and Bed Bug Mutts were way more thorough AND less expensive! They flipped over the mattresses, inspected the wood on the futon and had Loola Loo the dog sniff absolutely everything!
