Cat and the other girls are FANTASTIC!!! Nitro can't wait to get out of the car to go and see them. I find the staff and owner so personable and friendly. I know when I drop Nitro off he will be well taken care of. He also gets grooming from here and Cat is patient and always makes my fur baby look so handsome. Can't say enough great things about this team and the location is perfect for me.

I’m now enjoying the second condo Joanna helped me purchase. She is an amazing realtor, advisor, negotiator and friend. Can’t recommend her enough. Would never use anyone but Joanna. Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.

These guys hands-down are the best in Calgary I left my vehicle there for six weeks and they kept it indoors and fixed my bumper and their service is great very friendly knowledgable and will give you any deal they can, thry remember a face and they treat everybody with kindness. I have used them for 12 years.
