I took my non-functioning phone in today after spending hours trying to restore it myself. A very helpful gal worked on it while I enjoyed a coffee at Starbucks. When I went to pick up the phone, (which has worked perfectly since), she charged me nothing. So appreciative of the excellent customer service. I’ve been a long time TELUS/Koodo customer and today convinced me that I will continue being a customer. Thank you!

I've had laser hair removal in Prince George, Terrace, and with Smooth Effects in Vernon and Kelowna. Hands-down, they were the most cost effective and had the best results. Without a doubt, the laser machines that use cryogen to cool the skin are the most effective for my hair removal. I HIGHLY recommend this business. Keep up the great work Smooth Effects!!!

Great price, great stylists, incredibly friendly people. They were really funny great people, and they did a great job on my hair, and the price was really reasonable. Plus I found out they take hair donations! The minimum length is at least 8inches but it can be dyed or natural hair. I really recommend this place, great service. 5/5 stars.
