I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

fix auto is very helpful and quick. they take the time to go over everything with you. they try to help out customers to get the best results. joy and reg are great employees who take there jobs serios and look out for the customers best interest

I have been a customer of eyewear experts for a few years now. It’s always a wonderful experience. I have complicated eye issues and Lisa always manages to get me the best glasses! She’s amazing! My eyesight has changed a lot over the last few years and she’s always been able to get me the best possible vision. And Caeley! She’s got a knack for picking frames. I used to hate picking frames but she makes it easy.
They are a wonderful bunch, I highly recommend Eyewear Experts
