I first went to Dr. Roy-Poulsen in the mid 90's for issues with allergies, and have been seeing her regularly since. She has had a huge impact on my health and general well-being! She draws on her many years of training and experience in Kinesiology, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Naturopathy and Homeopathy to diagnose and treat her patients. The depth of her knowledge is amazing. She is wonderfully caring, very thorough and always cheerful. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I'm a very nervous person when it comes to visiting the Dentist. Tried a few places but when I entered this place, I knew it was the place for me. Super friendly staff make you feel right at home. Jamie, my dental hygienist, is the best and Dr. Paul West takes the time to talk to you and his sincere caring attitude puts you at ease. Very professional while being comforting.

Am on my second set of plates made by John plus a partial plate prior to these. Have been a customer since 1986. Never had a problem with plates not fitting or staying in place. John you are fantastic!

I am submitting this review because of my experience with DR Bakken and my experience with this lady. I have ice pick scarring, scars from an assault and I also have a burn on my face. I have spent over $14,000 on my face so far and I am not satisfied. It has caused me a lot of pain because I was not able to access medical care to treat my acne at the time. DR. Bakken was absolutely wonderful and I adore how real she is. Don't be so sensitive if her humour startles you, she's a gem.
