Dr Vipul Patel is an amazing Vet. He has been caring for my dog for 3 years now and at all times he has ensured that I know everything I need to know about my Dog' health! He is a caring, competent vet and I trust him with my dog. He has an amazing bed side manner with my dog and with me. His fees are more than fair and his service outstanding! I have had two dealings with this company, and both were excellent because of Rachael. She knows her business very well and is extremely competent in doing so. I watched her deal with all kinds of personalities, some very tough, and she handled that pressure while maintaining her calm. My emails were returned very quickly. The auctions were organized entirely and with such volume to deal with I thought there would be some confusion, but to my delight, Rachael and her team rose to the occasion

Great educator, knowledgeable instructor, well prepared and very entertaining. Lorraine is very flexible, she will go to your place to tech your staff at your convenience time. The owner is helpful - even when I am only buying a $3.00 piece of aluminum tubing. I have had to wait while he helped somebody who was buying a model worth hundreds of dollars - but lets be reasonable here. The prices are competitive with what is found online, and I have found building materials there (thin aluminum sheet) which I wasn't able to find elsewhere.

Excellent and timely service. We had a major leak in our basement. Our house was on the market for sale when this happened. John came to rescue right away and made arrangements to have it fixed within 24 hours, although they were very busy. It is very hard to find such degree of professionalism and compassion. Tim was wonderful as well. he explained everything and did a great job to repair it. I 120% recommend them.
