I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!). And the service call itself was just as I wish all service calls could be - timely, friendly, and professional. I use this florist and have for years because they across the street from an elderly relative - we have 15 years experience with this florist. Never had anything but quality service and pricing. I dont know them personally. This is a legit review. When I lived in QC I would phone and they got it done. Now I phone, say Ill be there in a hour to pick or that I want it delivered next day and it happens. The reason I keep going back is the florist is a good designer. Lire plus
