Having never been to a physio therapist before I was nervous and a bit sceptical. But within minutes of being in the office and talking with the friendly, knowledgeable receptionist Michelle, i was comfortable and relieved of my worry. The professionalism and care of Dr. Pandya, helped me reach my goals and the improvement I felt was immediate. I always feel welcome and am always treated with respect. YFT offers a diverse program of yoga styles and instruction approaches. Staff are very helpful and courteous and there are ample opportunities to try different methods. Internationally renowned yoga instructors provide yoga workshops and there are also programs offered that will appeal to every age and ability. Although the facilities are not trendy like some other studios, staff do their best to keep things looking good.
We are very fortunate to have a studio like YFT in our community.

Excellent Chiropractic care provided by Dr. Basi. I recently got fitted for custom foot orthotics. I absolutely love them, helped me with my foot pain. Carla and Paul are the 2 RMTs I see regularly. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for chiropractic, massage therapy and orthotics. Plus they offer direct billing to insurance.

Have had 2 sets of dentures made at this clinic and a couple of repairs
done. The staff have been really good and Michael has done a great job making dentures that fit my
