Les instructeurs sont tous différents, essayez-en plusieurs pour trouver ceux qui vous inspirent le plus. Les studios sont propres et invitent à la relaxation. Semperviva est un endroit vraiment relax et facile d'approche pour ceux qui veulent s'initier au yoga. a great place for both young and old. i brought my youth group there and my family. i totally enjoyed it both times. what i like most of the owner / operator is his community involvement and amazing customer service. -example: i brought my cars there to be fixed and he was so helpful and did a lot for free too! was a nice guy

Sips has a fantastic selection of party-hosting supplies. My wife and I have picked up several bottles of bitters, some scotch glasses, and a couple bartending books from here that we hadn't seen elsewhere. Everything has been top quality and seems reasonably priced.

If you have never been to the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts (my friends call it short: Cooking School), well you have to try it. The restaurant is located just at the entrance to Granville Island.
I went there recently and ordered the following:
Appetizer: Red Beet / Gravad Lox ($9)
Main Course: Lamb Saltimbocca ($19)
Wine:
Hester Creek Okanagan Valley, BC Glass ($8)
This meal was a culinary delight. Pricing is very reasonable in comparison to the big names here in town.

Jessie gave me the most accurate and detailed description of my problems and designed an exercise program especially for me! It was simple and easy-to-follow, plus I asked her for a few simple ideas for exercises I can do at my desk, and she happily obliged!
Excellent treatments and a routine that was easily adaptible into my everyday life.

Bikram is one of my favorite types of yoga to practice - i love that the heat is usually very high in these classes and it is always an intense workout. bring a large towel - and lots of water!!!

We chose this location as it served both brunch and lunch options on Sundays and it takes reservation through OpenTable. We tried the breakfast manouche, lamb sausage with poached eggs and lamb kafta. Both were very good and flavorful. Their daily juice special was made with fresh ginger and it gave it a nice kick. The service was good and the lower level of the restaurant was full. Lots of pay street parking else park a few blocks away where there are no meters in the residential surroundings.

My roommate and I recently went into Lush to browse and the customer service we received was fantastic. When we showed interest in the bubble bars and bath bombs, an employee immediately demoed them. She discussed our product needs with us and showed us several options around the store--in many cases, she explained exactly how to use them to get the best benefit out of the product. This fantastic service was a welcomed experience and has won my loyalty. Plus, they have plenty of vegan-friendly products for us conscientious consumers! :)
