The owner is friendly and very reasonable. He is not there to rip you off as most of these shops do. He helped me order OEM pads and rotors at the fraction of the cost offered by BMW. I've been coming to these guys for over a decade and they never once overcharged me. Most reliable and best prices and they give you option of parts from cheapest to most expensive and you choose your parts or bring them. Rates are $65 per hour half as much as your average mechanic and if you drive a Toyota Camry or Chevy Impala your problems can be resolved in a matter of minutes guaranteed. I will always come to these guys even if I lived somewhere in a far far away land.

Great service, Great mechanics, No waiting time and car was fixed within one hour. I had a problem with my car for months and other mechanic shops were not able to find the problem and fix it.
I am very happy with the service, shop is clean, waiting area is clean and office looks nice.
