Got an alignment done on my 86 c10 which is pretty primitive and out of date compared to the steering systems on today’s cars. I often have a hard time finding mechanics that will even touch my truck because of the age and complete lack of computers. But they were still able to order all the parts and do a great alignment. Thanks again guys!

They were honest about what my car needed to have done, they didnt try to gouge my bank account. There was a lot to be done and it was finished the same day that I brought it in. Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.

Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

I didn't have to wait long and my car handled like new when I left. He definitely has his customer's best interest at heart. Mechanics like Jason are really hard to come by.
