If not for the wonderful people at Craftsman Collision I would’ve paid out of pocket for my Nissan bumper replacement. Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

Cant understand where the negative reviews are coming from? Based on my two experiences Alec has treated me super fine. I just don't try to let on more than he does. Its a one man show and busier than a one armed paper hanger. have no hesitation on referring him for business. I know of others which would/will speak the same.

Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.
