Raymond at RAF Auto Clinic provided one of the absolute best customer service experiences I have ever had. He was honest, professional, super knowledgeable, friendly, and his prices were very reasonable! He ordered parts ahead of time, and he was so kind that he drove me to and from Markville Mall while my car was getting work done. Mr Doug did an outstanding job on the brakes, and after a thorough inspection and troubleshooting, discovered a worn out rear U joint which he replaced. Magically, all my frustrating thumping and vibration problems were GONE !! he is an Excellent mechanic, and i highly recommend him.

We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar! I will definitely be spreading the word about how efficient this company is for any of there services!
