I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. The entire experience was very enjoyable, Mandy worked with me to give me exactly what I envisioned and she even worked within my budget to give me an affordable price.if price is no bar they make the most elegant arrangements I have seen, and if you are on a budget they will work harder with you to meet it than any other florist. Mandy is always able to produce the most beautiful arrangements that can be used for days. I've been to other florists, but none of them were as personable as Mandy. You are always in great hands at Plush!! Whether you need just one arrangement for a special occasion, or if you are looking for 30 table top arrangements, this is the place to go. They have a beautiful shop located on the main strip in burnaby. Mandy is passionate about what she does and it shows in her arrangements, is incredibly talented, and also really listened to my requests. I couldn't have been happier with the result. My wife got into an accident on a Wednesday night. I took the car into Tom’s on Friday and they did their estimate right away. By Monday, Tom’s called me up to set an appointment. I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up. The ICBC Customer Claims Specialist said “Wow, that was really quick! That is one of the fastest claims to repair ever.” And the repair looks GREAT. Absolutely zero complaints. Very happy. Lire plus
